Peter Bradley O’Loughlin has become the youngest documented person in Oklahoma history to serve as the filing incorporator and IRS-designated Responsible Party for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
On March 27, 2025, at just 18 years and 11 months old, O’Loughlin personally executed and filed all incorporation and tax documents to establish Midnight Wire Foundation Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to animating historic Wild West photographs and creating immersive educational exhibitions.
